- No employer portal: Rosteno is built for you, not your employer. Your records remain private.

- No account required: You can use all core features in this release without signing up.
- Independent: Rosteno is not affiliated with the Fair Work Ombudsman or any government agency.
Expected-pay calculations are limited to verified supported conditions. For this release, automated calculations are provided for supported, worker-confirmed General Retail Industry Award conditions. Other workers can use Rosteno to manage rosters, track shifts and breaks, store payslips, and export records. Where specific award rules are not yet implemented, expected pay will show as Not calculated.
